(John) What are the financial benefits that people get from using your service?

(Lydia) There are several key considerations that make our service a very wise investment.

First of all, our service charges are normally tax deductible so the real cost to people is 22% to 35% less than what they spend with us.

Secondly, it's not unusual for many of our clients to get offers for higher incomes. In addition, because of our negotiation experience, it's not uncommon for us to get a person's initial offer raised by 10% and often more.

Another advantage is that we're helping more clients get signing bonuses. These have ranged from 10% to 50% of annual income. It's not always possible to get this, but organizations ranging from Microsoft to the U.S. government's border patrol will pay signing bonuses for the right talent.

Another financial benefit has to do with the value gained by the speed and convenience we bring. If someone is unemployed at $100K, they are losing $8,300 per month... at $200K, $16,000 per month... so cutting a person's job search time by 3 to 4 months can be major.

Today when people decide to look for a new job, most of them are about to market a service with up to $1 million... $2 million... or $5 million or more... remaining in their career. If we can lift their annual earnings now, they will often maintain that earnings differential... for many years to come.


(John) Is there any one thing that makes your services most valuable?

(Lydia) John, the answer is no. Our service is for the vast majority of individuals who feel they have some good skill sets and a record of achievement at professional, managerial or executive levels. But, our services aren't for everyone.

There are others who find that having a personal coach from start to finish plays a big role. The most important benefit to people has to do with our ability to help them find jobs with the right challenge and future opportunity... in locations where they want to be... and at the right financial level.


(John) Will your service work for anyone?

(Lydia) John, the answer is no. The ITS service is for the vast majority of individuals who feel they have some good skill sets and a record of achievement at professional, managerial or executive levels. But, our services aren't for everyone.

Unfortunately, some start out with such a high degree of difficulty, that even with the immense leverage provided by our resources, it takes us too long to help move people into attractive positions in today's competitive environment. For this reason, our policy is to discourage certain people from using our service.
